Privacy Notice according to section 13,
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003
of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code

The “Italian Personal Data Protection Code” (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) as described in section 13 obliges entities to inform interested parties of the fundamental elements of the matter, specified in §1, let. a/f.

The authoring entity, Cavenaghi S.p.A, completely fulfils this obligation, informing interested clients that:

1. All data is gathered for the following purposes:

  • execution of obligations deriving from a contract to which the interested client is party prior to the execution of the contract, according to the specific requests of the client;
  • fulfilment of regulatory and common legal obligations;
  • management of clientele (administration of clients and contracts, orders, invoices, and internal organization);
  • management of legal matters (breach of contract, notices, transactions, credit, arbitrations, and judicial matters)


2. In relation to the abovementioned purposes, all personal data will be held using paper files and information equipment in a manner which guarantees security and confidentiality of the data, in full compliance with the law.
The current notice refers to data:

  • collections referring directly to the interested party (section 13, §1);
  • found in public registers, phonebooks, publicly available proceedings or documents (section 12, §1, let. C) within the limits and methods set out by the law.


3. The provision of data is essential for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

4. The client’s refusal to submit data negates the agencies ability to adequately provide service.

5. The aforementioned data can be communicated to the following subject categories: post offices or other postal agencies; banks and credit institutions; collection agencies; legal departments and law firms; insurance enterprises; information equipment maintenance and repair agencies; professional offices and/or companies and/or associations and contractors that provide specific accountancy or fiscal services to the authoring agency. Data will not be circulated.

6. The owner of the current data is Cavenaghi S.p.A., with head offices in Lainate, Milano - Italy, Via Varese 19, and in representation of elected officials there residing.

7. In order to obtain updates, corrections or additions to the data or its subsequent annulment/cancellation in the event of any breach of the law or where data no longer needs to be kept; to oppose dealings for legitimate reasons or to report the sending advertising, direct sales, market research or commercial materials, please send a message to the e-mail address info@cavenaghi.it or to the fax number +39-02-937.08.55, according to section 7, Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.
